Dear Mr E,
I am humbled by your presence in our class.
Even after 7 years of teaching, I have alot to learn when it comes to handling children with special needs. Having prior interactions with other children with special needs helps, but each case is so different. Does this require patience? Hell yes. There’s so much that goes into it that is so hard to define.
I delight in your improvements, rejoice in your achievements, and breathe and try not to get worked up when you have tantrums or start your little disturbances which affects the others.
